Overview

Brazilian Butt Lift in West Palm Beach

The Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) uses your own fat to enhance and reshape the buttocks — delivering natural-looking volume and improved curvature without implants. The dual benefit of liposuction contouring plus buttock enhancement creates a dramatic full-body transformation.

Fat is harvested via liposuction from areas like the abdomen, flanks, or thighs, then purified and carefully injected into the buttocks at precise depths to create volume, lift, and improved shape. Using your own fat means results are natural in appearance and feel, and the liposuction provides additional body contouring benefits.

Am I a Candidate?

Good candidates have adequate fat reserves for harvesting, are near their ideal body weight, and desire a fuller, more lifted buttock shape. A detailed consultation with Dr. Kapp determines candidacy and realistic expectations.

The Procedure

Performed under general anesthesia in two to four hours. Liposuction is performed first to harvest and purify the fat. The fat is then carefully injected at specific levels to build natural contour and projection.

Recovery & Results

Patients avoid direct sitting or lying on the buttocks for two to three weeks to protect the transferred fat. A BBL pillow or positioning device is used. Most patients return to desk work (with the pillow) within two to three weeks. Final results are visible around three months as the transferred fat integrates.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the BBL safe?+
Patient safety is Dr. Kapp's top priority. He uses meticulous injection technique, placing fat only above the muscle layer, and follows the latest safety protocols established by the ASPS.
How much of the transferred fat survives?+
Typically 60–80% of transferred fat becomes permanent. Avoiding pressure on the area during the first few weeks maximizes survival.
Will I need touch-up procedures?+
Some patients choose a second session for additional volume after seeing their initial results. This is discussed during consultation.
