The Procedure
Performed under general anesthesia in one to three hours. Incisions are made within natural skin folds of the upper lid and just below the lower lash line — healing nearly invisibly. Excess tissue is precisely removed and sutures close the incisions.
Recovery & Results
Recovery is approximately one week. Instructions include using prescribed eye drops or ointment, keeping the head elevated, and avoiding strenuous activity. Bruising, swelling, and temporary light sensitivity are expected and resolve within one to two weeks.
